Position: Process Technician
Status: Full-time, Contract-to-hire
Location: Macedonia, OH
Hourly/Salary: $14/hr
Shift: 1st shift 7am - 3:30pm
Education: HS Diploma/GED
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Position Duties and Requirements:
• Set up tooling and/or dies on any and all machines in a timely manner as directed by the Plant Operations Manager based on the production schedule
• Once machine set up is complete -- run initial production run and ensure product meets all required quality standards and have QC Manager certify same before turning machine operation over to the assigned operator
• When necessary, run machines and/or equipment to meet production deadlines or when directed by a member of the management team
• Assist Maintenance Manager with start-up machines in orderly fashion first thing in the morning and monitor same to make sure no problems are evident that may need further attention and ultimately turn running of machines over to machine operators assigned to the equipment
