Processing Manager recruitment

The Development Corporation for Israel/Israel Bonds is an international organization offering securities issued by the Government of Israel.  Since the first bond was sold in 1951, Israel Bonds has secured more than $31 billion in loan capital for the development of every aspect of Israel's economy.   Israel maintains a perfect record on the payment of principal and interest.

We are currently seeking an experienced Processing Manager who will have primary responsibility for managing the daily reconciliation and deposit of funds received from our clients for the issuance of State of Israel bonds.

The ideal candidate will be a consummate professional and proven manager of people who will ensure compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements and have the ability to analyze current processes and procedures and make and implement recommended changes.  Duties will include interfacing with the company’s Fiscal Agent to provide efficient and responsive customer service, generating and analyzing reports from various sources, approving and updating customer accounts as necessary, managing the company’s Business Continuity Plan and performing such other tasks as required by the National Director of Operations. 

Qualifications include:  Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years in securities processing required. FINRA Series 7 or 62 and 63 and 24 licenses are required.  Prior management experience is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent problem solving skills are a must.
