No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description This position requires a working knowledge of manipulating company spend data. Strong Microsoft Access, Excel, Tableau, and data warehousing skills will be required to manipulate and merge large data sets for data classification and spend analytics. Takes a lead role in developing methods and tools, extracts, analyzes and prepares reports on data for internal performance-to-plan for cost, quality, delivery, efficiency and compliance. Performs root cause analysis and recommends corrective action. Interacts with and provides expert advice and guidance to supplier management leadership and functional organizations (e.g., Finance, Operations, Law and Information Technology), suppliers, to support and communicate regarding strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities. Acts as a process expert to independently initiate improvements to streamline and automate process flows. Leads cross functional teams to identify, develop, document and implement strategies, processes and system improvements in support of company goals using internal and external customer inputs, audit findings, key performance indicators and sound business practices. Acts as a process expert to determine and report compliance to internal and external requirements (laws, regulations, contractual, policies and procedures) through audit and review of procurement transactions and processes. Leads audit/review teams to identify and implement corrective action. Leads teams that define, design, plan and deploy internal and external projects for processes, systems and programs to achieve desired outcomes on time and on budget. Advises others Leads the development of and delivery of training to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and corrective action. Leads efforts to mitigate risk and resolve problems related to programs, projects and procurement transactions involving high levels of risk and complexity. Typical Education/Experience Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
