Job Description

The Category Executive will be responsible for the implementation and establishment of strategic procurement activities in order to provide positive commercial and business outcomes for the company's property operational activities. The Procurement Category Executive will be responsible for procurement activity focused on business areas related to property and maintenance thereof. As the successful applicant you will:

• Develop and maintain working relationships with business stakeholders
• Develop, negotiate, execute and manage contracts
• Run regular sourcing events (RFI and RFP)

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate previous proven experience in Procurement and have already developed and maintained relationships with stakeholders across the business spectrum. Prior experience of property operations and facilities maintenance would be well considered in addition to familiarity with Supplier Relationship Management and communication skills that are second to none.
