Hays are currently working with world's largest and innovative engineering and management contractors. Employing more than 35,000 people worldwide and operating in over 50 countries this organisation are constantly undertaking new projects and improving their position in the market.
Due to this constant growth the need for a contracts advisor has presented itself to assist with post award activities associated with large capital projects and packages.
You'll use your previous experience in capital projects to manage and review all contract packages as well ensuring compliance with clients management processes, procedures and systems.
Essential to your success will be a good knowledge and understanding of an ERP system as well as the ability to follow procedures and processes. Good oral and written communication skills will allow you to negotiate and liaise with internal and external customers. Relevant commercial, technical or legal qualification will be highly regarded but is not essential.
