My client, a leading global energy major has an urgent requirement for an experienced indirect procurement professional to join the organisation and take the category lead for temporary labour procurement. My client is renowned as being a leader and innovator within the procurement industry and will offer the suitable candidate an excellent opportunity to develop their procurement career and join a company that is globally renowned for the quality of its procurement function.
My client is renowned for the quality of its procurement staff and as such, the successful candidate must:
- Have a strong background in HR procurement, particularly within the temporary labour procurement.
- Be able to demonstrate significant past examples of delivering savings within HR procurement.
- Have in depth past experience in managing and developing a procurement team.
- Be degree educated or equivalent and be CIPS qualified or equivalent.
In this HR and Indirect Procurement role, the successful candidate will:
- Take responsibility for the management of all HR sourcing requirements
- Work within a cross functional team for a leading global firm
- Manager the full end-to-end procurement process for HR Procurement
