Procurement Manager recruitment
The Company
Well known European propriety trading firm seeking a procurement manager to join their expanding business.
The Role
You will be responsible for the relationship management with all vendors and resellers including:
- preparation of Requests for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQ) and Purchase Orders (PO)
- expediting running orders
- goods Received process including Fixed Asset administration and tagging
- quality control of goods
- timely delivery of goods
- communication with Accounts Payable (AP)
- responsible for Contract Management (closure, extension, cancellation and administration)
- responsible for NDAs in cooperation with Legal
- monthly reconciliation between SLA and Invoices
Your Profile
You will have 3-5 years work experience in a similar position. You will have a strong level of technical knowledge to be able to challenge IT requests and vendors (ie knowledge of infrastructure and networking components). You will have knowledge of full cycle purchase to pay: from demand generation to invoice reconciliation. SAP or similar ERP system knowledge will be an advantage.
