No Security Clearance Required about security clearance definitions Position Description The responsibilities for this management position within Shared Services Group Supplier Management include leading a team of procurement agents responsible for the deployment of procurement and contract policy and processes which support business unit non-production services requirements including contract labor, training, consulting and professional services. This position requires a thorough knowledge of Supplier Management and Contracts Pricing processes and policies including: requirements definition, request for proposal, negotiation, supplier performance management, agreement creation, execution, administration and compliance. This position will be required to interface with multiple internal business partners for such things as contracting strategy development, supplier performance management and issue resolution. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. This position will also participate in the development of long term category strategies as a member of cross functional category teams and leads process improvements.
