Job Description
As the Procurement Officer, you will:
- Ensure that goods and services are procured in accordance with requirements.
- Deliver procurement strategies that minimise cost and improve efficiency.
- Issue tenders, manage contracts, plan and manage logistics and expediting.
- Investigate and implement innovative solutions to meet commitments.
- Develop strong networks and supplier relationships.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally be Tertiary qualified and possess:
- Strong leadership skills to promote improvement and change.
- The knowledge of what it means to be a team player and work collaboratively with others at all times.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
