Procurement/Contract Analyst
Prominent company located in East Tampa is seeking a Procurement analyst to assist in their Financial Reporting Operations department. This department does business with international vendors and suppliers to develop new supplier relationships, negotiate contracts for financial services, and assure that all business practices are in compliance with policies and regulations.
Responsibilities will include: managing all deliverables to aggressive timelines, service delivery levels and savings targets, working with category sourcing managers to ensure strategy alignment is maintained, engaging business units and suppliers to drive value propositions through various sourcing approaches, and mitigating risk to the company.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm some overtime may be required
Qualifications:
Bachelors or equivalent work experience
2-3 years procurement experience
Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism
Advanced Microsoft Office (including Excel and Outlook)
