Efficiency Management is a highly visible, dynamic team that partners with all divisions and regions to drive the firm’s cost reduction efforts through an integrated approach that addresses the firm’s policies, processes, demand management and supply management.

Specifically the team is responsible for:

The team, which is part of the CFO division, is composed of 300+ employees across 24 locations in the Americas, EMEA, Switzerland Asia Pacific regions.  Functions include:  

The Professional Services Expense Category Management team within Efficiency Management, lead the Strategic Consultant spend category. A role in Efficiency Management offers broad experience across multiple business lines functional areas, exposure to senior management across the firm, opportunities to drive significant impact to the Bank from conception through post-implementation realization.  We are looking to hire experienced professionals with skills attitude necessary to deliver outstanding performance in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
