Job Description:
This position is responsible for the inbound and outbound marketing of the Clinical Lab business line, identifying new clinical trials and Companion Diagnostics projects, developing strategy for external market presence and product portfolio roll out. You will also be the primary contact with Pharmaceutical partners.
Requirements:
•Demonstrated examples of creative marketing strategies and new idea generation in high growth related industries.
•10+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory working with Pharmaceutical companies on Therapeutic Impact with knowledge of Companion Diagnostics.
•BS/BA in Life Sciences, Management, Technical degree or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Demonstrated ability to develop team members through mentoring and coaching in a technical environment.
•Ability to act as a trusted advisor to top management and business partners on advanced technical matters.
