Summary:
- Performs as communication Interface between consumer engineering / support
- Works with clients to regulate the best way to execute our system into their site providing leveling, behavior, social game mechanic design implementation references
- Provides responses support through design, development, live phases of project including:
- Communication of best procedures for effective execution
- UI/UX observations, Design
- Examination of important metrics through review of usage analytics
- Works with Sales in a Product Marketing capacity to assist consumers comprehend the nuances benefits of employing our Platform
- Project manages customer implementations
- Creates SOW/Product/Project plans for each client (as well as definition roadmap rollout of features/behaviors)
Must Have:
- Five plus years of skill including:
- Knowledge of the analytics behind Free to play/Social games
- Customer facing practice (white label)
- Project Management - Capability to drive to close manage product through deployment into live operation
- Knowledge of the UI/UX requirements of a product implementation the capability to help with implementation/deal with customer objections
- A detailed knowledge of Social Game Mechanics
- The capability to support sales in a product marketing/design capacity at the pre- engagement scope of work/ideation phase of an execution
- The capability to comprehend communicate the high level technical aspects of the product to both engineering to the customer
- Direct Social Game networking or community skill (in Product or Design Management)
