As our Product and Solution Marketing Manager, your first mission will be one of product portfolio management and rationalization, to leverage our existing core assets and position us competitively in the market. A key ingredient for success in this role, besides being adept with the classical marketing linchpins of product, price, place and promotion, are prior product marketing experience in the high tech MFT or B2B space. You're representing on-premise software solutions and you must fully understand the problems that MFT and B2B applications solve as well as the features that help a company improve revenues or drive cost savings.  Ideal candidates, therefore, are now working for an MFT or a B2B enterprise software provider and are familiar with competitive technologies. What ratchets up the challenge in this role is that the technology and the market is evolving rapidly - plus it involves leveraging both legacy infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies including tablet / mobile devices and cloud computing. On a regular basis, you will identify key markets, define product positioning, analyze competitive products, contribute to product collateral, sales materials and website content, interact with key industry and thought leaders and design campaigns that drive awareness and generate revenue. An MBA is preferred and a proven track record of designing and executing successful, integrated enterprise-level marketing programs will be your ticket to success.
