ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Other duties may be assigned.
• Develops company bonding tool product applications, designs and manufacturing utilizing in-depth knowledge with skills and experience in wire bonding designs and applications. Ability to explore new products potential to market.
• Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and sales methods to optimize quality of products and services, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partnerships in supporting customers for semiconductor front-end assembly utilizing company products for various applications.
• Provides technical sales and marketing support through recommendations and costing in coordination with internal personnel.
• Generates manufacturing drawings for new and existing products that require customization.
• Coordinates between customers and internal sales, production, QA and engineering, and negotiates internally and externally to facilitate profitable business.
• Addresses technical issues related to product applications and specifications, and provides corrective actions according to ISO standards and procedures.
• Visits key customers and OEM facilities as needed for technical services assistance.
• Initiates customer’s evaluation and qualification of newly developed company products and generates technical reports.
• Develops technical training material pertaining to product intended for in-house personnel, offshore staff and direct customers.
• Contributes articles, write-ups, and illustrations for catalogues, presentations, and newsletters necessary to promote company’s products.
• Integrates sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and tradeshow exhibition (SEMICON West).
