Product Consultant
Working on behalf of one of the UK`s premier providers of financial services to High Net Worth Individuals.
Evaluate, design, source, develop and deliver the widest range of insurance products to Wealth Advisers Globally.
Products include general insurances, savings, life and health protection, retirement, income and growth investments.
Core accountabilities
- Responsible for structuring projects, planning development and delivery programmes.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities, carry out in depth research and validate preferred proposition through extensive due diligence
- Monitor competitors and their strategies, changing regulatory environment and new product development takes appropriate action to ensure our position, compliance and commerciality is maintained.
- Anticipate problems, owns developing situations and proposes contingency plans to mitigate impact.
Capable copywriter and presenter who can draft and deliver product profiles and engagement

- International Wealth Advisers International Private bankers-Investment managers

- Barclays Wealth International Intermediaries
- Insurance carrier Development Marketing Units
Professional-technical experience:
- Experience as a Financial Planner (holding specific papers covering tax and trusts) in a large, strongly disciplined organisation
- Possesses in depth knowledge of insurance products and their uses, ideally gained within Life Offices (such as broker consultant or product development)
- Detailed working practice and experience of project management planning, including milestone setting, RAG status reporting and Gantt charts, ideally holding Prince 1 qualification.
- Basic marketing qualification would be an advantage.
