Product Control – Equities VP recruitment
In addition to managing the team, the candidate will be the major interface between the Product Control team and the business and will therefore work very closely with the Desk, Risk and Business Managers, making the role much more strategic and business focused than perhaps your current role is.
Along with successfully running the daily function, the candidate will be expected to help implement and drive chance, be involved in product enhancements and risk migration. This is a great opportunity for the candidate to step up in to a challenging role, develop further and be open to progression in to a number of areas within the business.
We are looking for Product Controllers from a strong Equities background that have solid supervisory/managerial experience. An Accountancy qualification would be an advantage, but not a necessity.
The client is offering a potentially significant increase on the candidates base in addition to a potential sign on bonus that will cover any losses that the candidate is expecting by moving at this time of the year.
