Our client is a global investment bank currently undergoing expansion in Singapore as a result of strategic management decisions and a strong focus on Asia. As their core business is growing, they are looking for strong candidates at Analyst level to join their team.
This is a product control role focusing on Syndicate Bonds, providing a good platform for someone with strong controls awareness, solid accounting knowledge on banking products and reporting standards to gain a greater product focus. This is a very dynamic desk, dealing with high profile products and will provide excellent well-rounded exposure to product control and financial control. This role promises excellent career prospects and learning opportunities.
To qualify, individuals must possess:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, ideally within Big4 Product Control / Financial Control
- Qualified Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA )
- Solid Accounting Fundamentals with knowledge of IFRS as it applies to financial instruments
- Good controls awareness
- Meticulous Positive attitude towards learning
