Product Control Team Manager recruitment
You will have oversight of a team of analysts who will produce PL across a number of asset classes, play a leading role with regards to process and system improvement projects and face off to senior management across the bank.
Role responsibilities include:
- Management of a product control team
- Oversight of team PL production on trading revenues; IPV production / analysis; month end reporting and balance sheet substantiation
- Face off to business and senior stakeholders within risk, IT and front office
- Key project lead
Team responsibilities:
- PL production and analysis for individual product lines
- IPV
- Balance Sheet ownership
- Project involvement
Candidate requirements:
- Strong background in product control
- Experience of team management
- Accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) and/or experience of balance sheet substantiation within a product control function
