Product Controller Equities recruitment
This Global Institutional Bank is also one of the worlds leading Investment Banks with a full range of banking and investment product and services. Due to expansion of the finance and product control functions in Hong kong and expected further growth, this Bank is hiring in the Product Control group, with a focus on Equities.
Be part of the team that acts to partner with the business and other departments, including Risk Management, Wholesale Operations and other finance areas. The role of your group is to maintain the accuracy and completeness of the books and records and provide a value added service to facilitate the growth of the business.
As a Product Controller you will be primarily responsible for PL Production and Control, Financial Control, Change management and performance management related to the Equities Business. You will report to the Manager – Equities Product Control.
You key responsibilities will include:-
- Preparation of daily PL reporting
- Month End reporting
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Proactively provide advice to the business including.
- The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified, have previous product control experience gained internationally or domestically within a banking or broker markets environment. You will also have excellent written and communication skills. Equities products experience preferred.
