Product Controller, Exotics/Derivatives (Associate) recruitment
Our client is currently looking for the top audit or banking candidates looking to make a move into this competitive, rewarding and extremely desirable function. You will have around 2-3 years experience in (preferably) an audit or similar banking / FS / product control role; and have a strong interest in financial products, markets and industries.
It's a highly technical role requiring highly numerate and technically astute candidates. The entry parameters are very tough so please do not apply if you do not satisfy most of the requirements.
Only profiles which display the following will be considered:
- Top degree, MA or MSc in highly numerical pursuit - engineering, applied maths, applied science, economics, physics etc.
- A top finance qualification achieved or in progression - ACA or CA very much preferred. Awards and achievements at exam level are highly desired.
- CFA level 1 and above, preferably 2 or 3 with first time passes
- Burgeoning/currently strong exposure and knowledge of derivatives
- Exposure to structured/exotic products is a bonus
- Candidates from audit will need FS/banking client exposure
