Product Controller – Investment Bank recruitment
Our client is a top tier banking group based in Sydney's CBD. Due to an internal move an outstanding opportunity has arisen within the Product Control group to support the Equities business.
Working closely with the trading desk, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the PL and Balance Sheet on both a daily and monthly basis. You will maintain and develop key relationships with the business as well as provide strategic input to assist in the long term growth of the business. Additional responsibilities will also include a focus on ad-hoc and value-add reporting to the business as well as driving new project initiatives across the team.
Applicants are ideally sought from candidates with between 1-2 yrs Product Control experience and/or a prior background in an accounting/audit based role.. Knowledge of Equity Derivative products whilst a highly regarded is not a "must have" for this role.
