Product Controller/ Project BA recruitment
The team supports Front Office through the provision of:
1. Daily PL and risk production and analysis
2. Price testing
3. Month end performance reporting
4. Balance sheet control and substantiation
The role will include:
• Balance sheet and PL control and substantiation
• Monthly reporting to Senior Management
• Communication with internal and external parties for relevant information
• Business analysis with regard to existing processes and adoption of change.
• Act as “agent of change” around all existing procedures by designing and improving processes and procedures around management information and controls
• Problem solving skills, for identifying most effective solutions to issues
• Responsibility for documentation of evolving practises and procedures
• Fully Qualified accountant with banking experience
• Some knowledge of the products from a middle office or product control function at a financial institution.
• Good understanding of general financial products
• Using technology information effectively with strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
