Product Controller recruitment

The DMO AVI Controls Reconciliation Analyst role sits within the desk-aligned function of the Equities SPG. This role provides support to a number of Derivatives desks in the Equities business, which requires a thorough understanding of cash and derivative products and markets. This unique opportunity provides direct exposure to Equities business leaders, Finance, Asset Servicing, Settlements and other Operations teams, and allows for the individual to represent Operations in a highly challenging and collaborative environment. We are looking for a proactive, responsible, and dedicated individual that is able to work and communicate effectively in a high volume, fast paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of this role are:
? Ensure AVI controls are implemented in accordance with our age/value priority and tolerance.
? Ensure all escalations of issues are appropriately addressed
? Follow up with offshore team on any outstanding tasks
? Liaise with other Operations teams including Trade Support, Finance, Product Control, PS, Client Support, CPU, JRU, DSG, and ETD to manage queries and resolve issues.
? Effectively manage queries from other departments including Finance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Product Control, and IT.
? Provide clear and concise summaries, with all supporting documentation and calculations easily accessible to all teams receiving the information
? Develop relationships with counterparts in EMEA and APAC in order to implement best practices approach.
? Strengthen relationships with front office by providing superior client service and regularly seeking feedback.
? Drive continuous improvement within the role. Deliver quantitative results.
? Communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively to all audiences.
? Adhere to escalation procedures within DMO.
Basic Qualifications: ? Strong client service skills and awareness.
? Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

? Ability to manage multiple deliverables in a short period of time.
Preferred Qualifications:
? 2-5 years experience in a large financial institution.
? Strong Knowledge of Excel and basic VBA
? Thorough understanding of Cash and Equities Derivative products / markets.
