A fast growing investment bank is now actively seeking high calibre candidates to join the senior management team as Product Controller for the Private Equity business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, your key responsibilities are to monitor the performance of the portfolio on a regular basis as well as overseeing the compliance, regulatory, and legal requirement for the businesses.
To be successful, you will be a solid banking veteran with sound knowledge on Product Control for Special Situations within Investment Banking industry. You will also have proven track record of setting up and managing SPVs and understand the regulatory requirements related to it.
