Product Controller with some Change experience required for Finance Change BA role at UBS recruitment
The role will expose you to all asset classes and you will work closely with product controllers globally to implement and then encourage adoption of the imminent changes which are occurring as a result of recent regulatory/reporting/system developments.
It is vital for the Finance Change team to recruit a seasoned product controller as familiarity with processes and controls is vital to the success of the implementations. You will already be comfortable with the functionality of a business controlling unit and be able to easily identify and assess challenges when discussing proposed change. You will have had some exposure to testing and ideally some experience of strategic rather than just tactical change, but this can be evaluated in detail at interview.
It is preferred that you have qualified as an accountant as it will aid your career within Finance Change at UBS and mean easier transition from project to project in the future.
