Product Controller/Business Analyst in Product Control
This is initially a contract role but if the person wanted could end up being a permanent role if the individual proves themselves.
The role is both exciting and also a real chance to re-define the PL area of this firm
- Design a new PnL reporting system to increase speed and accuracy of reporting
- Critical analysis of our current PnL variation and reporting system with a view to remodeling it
- PnL Evaluation
- Working with the CFO on the architecture of the new system
- Working with the developers to build our new system
- Working with the traders to provide insight into the new system and ensure business facing functionality
We are looking for an immediately available qualified accountant with very strong product control pedigree from and investment bank or fund.
Candidates with a strong ability to improve and think about the PL process is key for this role along with very strong IT skills - VBA/SQL.
