Product Delivery Associate (Client Connectivity)

The Operations Product Associate ill be responsible for the strategic direction and deployment of trading specific components throughout Aladdin, BRS' enterprise investment management platform, at major financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operational workflow components throughout Aladdin, including but not limited to, requirements, systems design, testing, integration, deployment and support
- Ability to provide clear business requirements and liaise with the development team to drive the strategic direction of operational processing projects
- Ability to manage projects and lead system deployments across clients in support of new operations functionality, including corporate actions processing, cash/position reconciliation, confirmation and settlement (e.g., OASYS, CTM, SWIFT)
- Own, create and maintain key trade processing documentation for internal and external use (e.g. marketing materials, product release notes, client presentations)
- Assist in BRS business development activities as a subject matter expert providing system demos, participating in RFP's and attending prospect meetings
Requirements:
- Outstanding academic achievement
- Demonstrated project management skills with a hands on approach
- Very strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Extremely motivated and ability to operate in a fast paced environment
- Familiarity with capital markets instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives), as well as third party platforms and services used to process confirmation/settlement of trades
- 3-5 years work experience in the financial services industry. Familiarity with buy-side investment management process a plus
- Past experience in implementing financial management systems at external clients (portfolio management and trading systems, operational/STP system)
- Technical aptitude desired (e.g. SQL)
- Excellent analytical, creative, organizational and problem solving skills
