Product Delivery Manager
There is an opportunity for a Product Delivery Manager at a leading Global Bank.
As a Senior Product Delivery Manager, you’ll join a growing team that’s at the heart of our product change agenda. Few roles in our business have this kind of breadth; you’ll work with a wide variety of stakeholders and business areas – from finance, technology and operations to legal, compliance and training.
You’ll oversee allocated projects, seeing to it that they meet the highest standards of time, cost and quality, and ensuring proper governance and control. That’s going to involve managing the initiative budget, monitoring the expenditure and costs as the initiative progresses. It’s also going to mean effectively managing your project team, making recruitment recommendations and seeing to it that everyone understands what is expected of them and how they are performing.
You will need;
- A strong understanding of Treasury Products.
- Experience of launching new products, initiatives and processes, plus the ability to mobilise virtual teams.
- The ability to see a detailed knowledge of project management methodologies and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
