PRODUCT DELIVERY MANAGER recruitment
It is a challenging and rewarding role within the Annuities and Protection Proposition Team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Annuities.
Core Responsibilities:
- Successful candidate expected to play a significant role in the launch of a new proposition, including:
- Specification of customer insight requirements to ensure robust market and customer understanding.
- Design and validation of proposition, including product features, ecommerce and servicing requirements.
- Assessment of business readiness, supporting and challenging other business areas to identify changes required.
- Implementation management, working closely with other business areas to ensure successful proposition launch.
- Similar roles to be played in delivery of mandatory changes (e.g. Gender neutral pricing and compliance with ABI code of conduct).
- Various ‘business as usual’ roles to be completed in support of existing products, including:
- Completion of Annual Assessment of Risk (AAR) for all products.
- Monitoring and analysis of key metrics including complaints.
- Analysis of maturing policy conversion rate and identification of opportunities to improve.
- Identification and implementation of opportunities to improve ‘business as usual’ processes in readiness for new proposition.
Core Requirements:
- Proven success in Product Development within Financial Services.
- Annuities experience.
