Product Design / Development Support Job

The primary responsibilities of the Support Document Processor are: Essential Responsibilities - Monitors the receipt, internal review, and external review of project documentation using the SpringCM software - Is responsible for entering Project Orders into Microsoft Access database and Oracle Projects Software system - Works with project managers on new projects to determine the document file layout, review workflow participants, initial document list, and assigning correct drawing review classifications - Serves as trainer regarding SpringCM upgrades and works with individuals regarding troubleshooting program issues - Works closely with Project Managers and Application Engineers during the projects order entry process (this process includes initiating Grants of Authority approval, configuring rotary units and completing Export Compliance paperwork) - Completes the part number creation process by entering the Part number details into the Oracle system - Maintains established performance metrics and ISO procedures for the position - Complies with all requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Qualifications/Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED - Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service Additional Eligibility Qualifications GE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
