Product Development Assistant Manager, Sr. Associate or Associate recruitment
Job Descriptions:
- Under the direction of the manager, produce the DPS (detailed producct specs).
- Under the direction of the manager, produce documents to use in FSA screening sessions to receive the authority's approval to launch products.
- Under the direction of the manager, support managing projects in MLJ to launch new products
- Under the direction of the manager, collect information and analyze data as required.
Experience:
- Three years or longer business experience in a life insurance company
- Experience in sales and/or planning areas at a life insurance company preferable
Skills Competencies :
- General knowledge on life insurance including products
- Coordination skill to bring together all involved parties with conflicting interests
- Ability to gather and analyze information/data required to design/develop products
- Ability to write contractual documents like policy provisions
- PC skill (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
