The role of Product Manager is to work as part of the Product Management team:-

Responsibilities

• Actively support the team with efforts to monitor, manage and enhance the existing UK, LUX and Dublin fund range
• Be responsible for or actively participate in executing and driving Product Management led initiatives and projects around fund changes across the product set
• Contribute to and perform data analysis of the existing fund range in response to specific queries or as part of a broader initiative
• Develop, coordinate and track plans and issue logs as part of the Product Management governance process
• Engage other or broader teams as appropriate
• Participate in broader Global Investment Team led initiatives
• Ensure that proposed changes to existing product successfully gain approval through the various boards and internal committees
• Ensure appropriate transfer of product changes to other departments within broader product development and the business
• Be a product champion, represent Product Management internally and externally, where appropriate
• Support product management in responding to inquiries from sales, intermediaries and investors

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the investment industry, ideally from an Asset Management background
• Experience within a product development, management, operational function (in finance) background a plus but not mandatory at all.
• Proven experience of managing projects
• Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills
• Passionate about the investment business
• Hard working and driven to succeed
• Resourceful, proactive and able to effectively operate in a highly collegial and demanding team environment
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
• Ability to pick up digest new detail quickly
