Product Development Manager recruitment

Responsibilities:

To initiate, research and develop product strategies that are in line with overall company product proposition profitability criteria.
To work closely with Actuarial Department in order to ensure product profitability targets are met with minimal compromise on the competitiveness of the product
To manage the whole product development process
To be the key driver of the Product development Product Management Committee.
To work closely with Regional Pricing Actuary to ensure a smooth approving process of product development by Regional Product Approval Committee.
Putting up the implementation plan for approval.
Managing the Product Working Committee to ensure proper timely implementation of product development product launch.
Conduct post implementation review and report on the cost benefit analysis and recommendation on product enhancement.
To provide channel support with relation to insurance and investment products via the regular Product Forum by giving the insight of the rationale of company product strategies, explaining technical aspect of products and provide product proposition, product competitive analysis, etc.
To keep abreast of market developments in life insurance and unit trust industries, locally and in Asia region.
To analyse and make recommendations to management to ensure that the Company’s product range remains competitive and in line with company financial planning wealth management strategy
