Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of medical assistance, international healthcare, security services and outsourced customer care. Their unique expertise enables organisations of all sizes to manage both health and safety risks facing international travellers, expatriates, and their global workforce. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for a Product Development Manager to focus on the Maritime and Offshore sectors.
As a London based Product Development Manager you will work closely with colleagues in sales functions, to design and develop new and innovative products, for the ever-changing needs of the maritime and offshore industries. This exciting role, whilst based in West London will involve approximately 30% international travel, where you will liaise with colleagues and end-users to implement and support new products and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 5+ years’ sales /product development experience gained on an international scale. You will have had previous exposure to the maritime and/or offshore sectors, be creative, entrepreneurial and free to travel. You will be consultative and professional in your approach, with high levels of motivation and first class communication and presentation skills. You will be committed and looking for an excellent opportunity to build a solid career in an international organisation. This role requires you to work well in a team driven environment as well as autonomously.
The successful candidate can expect a generous 60-65k base salary with an uncapped 75-80k OTE plus additional and overly generous benefits.
