Qualifications:
- Leadership experience in the oversight of product development/project management
- Strong expertise in the clinical specialty of ED/Ambulatory care
- Significant knowledge of electronic health record utilization.
- Ability to multi-task in highly innovative work environment
- Strong customer relationship management and partnership skill
- Provide support to Transformation Services in delivering client services as needed to support CPM CarePoints product adoption.
- Effective presentation skills, both oral and written, adjusting delivery to target audience
- Experience with facilitation of group discussion, dialogue and the consensus process
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Organized, detail oriented, effectively meets deadlines, sets priorities
Required Education and Experience:
- Required Education:
- Graduate degree in a healthcare profession is preferred
- Required Experience:
a. 5-7 years strong clinical experience, experience in the ambulatory care setting/emergency department setting preferred.
b. Minimum 3 years experience clinical management/project management preferred
c. Experience with informatics preferred
Occasional travel required (20%)
