Product Director
A widely renowned brand in the wealth management space is currently looking for a Head of Products to take full responsibility for the cash management products and services across the organisation.
Managing the Product Management team for Cash Management, the successful candidate will take responsibility for all of the proposition development, new deposit product development (active, reserve and strategic cash), product management and pricing, with ultimate responsibility for product margins and revenues. In this role you will collaborate with regional directors to develop proactive cross-selling and expand marketing strategies to increase product distribution across markets. You will support the company's long term goal to develop an integrated investment approach to clients and ensure compliance with applicable rules at all times. The role holder will also be responsible for the integrity and compliance of the product offering, as well as its delivery through the business and other control and compliance aspects, as appropriate.
The ideal candidate must have significant experience in a product management role, within the wealth management industry or within Commercial Banking and have demonstrable success defining, launching and managing deposit products. Strong knowledge of cash deposit products, services, markets and economic environments is required, as is previous people management and PL responsibility. Essential to being successful in this role is a superior analytical and systems knowledge skill set, enabling you recommend and offer the best possible value-add solutions to both clients and markets.
