Job Description
Responsibilities:
Under the minimum supervision of the Production Engineering Team Leader, an Engineer I is responsible for developing drawings and bill of materials based on customer specifications.
Responsibilities include:
_ Review technical customer order issues per Valve Automations quotations.
- Assign manufacturing and purchased components to complete required bill of material.
- Creates and/or oversees applicable drawing requirements including assembly and detailed drawings.
- Conduct stress analysis of material and components.
- Create pneumatic hydraulic schematics and electrical wiring diagrams.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 3 years engineering experience in a production engineering environment from a related industry.
- Proficient experience CoCreate ME-10 (CAD experience).
- 3D modeling (Solid Edge) experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Computer skills – Word, Excel, Power Point.
