Currently, Meijer is looking for a Product Flow Lines Team Leader. The individual selected for this position will be responsible for providing remarkable customer service and financial stability through the core functions of the Product Flow departments. The individual will also develop a team that consistently meets goals for productivity as well as deliver remarkable customer service by achieving Brand Promises; i.e."Providing an easy shopping experience for our customers." Key Responsibilities Include: Modeling exceptional, fast and friendly customer service Ensuring the daily, weekly, and period production goals are met by team members Ensuring the Foods and General Merchandise departments are stocked and merchandised to Meijer standards Mentoring and coaching Stocking Team Leaders to ensure production goals are exceeded Mentoring and coaching Promotion/Inventory Team Leader to ensure in-stock goals are met or exceeded Mentoring and coaching Common Area Team Leader to ensure Planogram integrity is maintained and correct Receiving Standards are followed Ensuring the completion of all Product Flow Assessments weekly Promoting succession planning by providing career paths and identifying development needs for the Product Flow Team Leaders Maintaining Store Conditions and operations as Manager in Charge Reviewing Customer Service Survey and customer feedback from previous week or day Reviewing labor plans and results with Team Leaders Analyzing production results from previous day with Product Flow Team Leaders Reviewing sales goals, supply costs, stock loss results and goals Analyzing and reviewing in stock reporting and production from previous day with Promotion/Inventory Team Leader There is a 48 hours (exempt) pay base for this position Other daily tasks as required
