Product Implementation Assoc. recruitment

Responsibilities
Reporting to the regional Professional Services manager, you will be participating in various implementation projects by providing assistance to our clients for the installation and configuration of our software solutions. You will bring both a functional and technical expertise. In general, you will be expected to perform the following tasks:
-Conduct Gap Analysis and/or gather requirements for new functionalities
-Install/Upgrade or help installing/upgrading our software
-Assist our Clients to build interfaces to our data-warehouse (Data Mapping)
-Configure or help configuring our software to match the clients' needs
-Participate in the Testing activities (unitary, integration, UAT)
-Provide user and technical training
-Act as project manager for Moody's (manage project timeline, deliveries, resources and issues/risks)
-Liaise with our Product Managers when necessary (product enhancement requests, defects, etc)
-Utilize our tracking systems (issues, timesheet)
-Actively participate in enhancing our products suite and knowledge database (e.g. documentation review, feedback on products/project methodology, development of 'how-to' entries, etc.)

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree in IT and/or Finance and will demonstrate:
-Deep understanding of finance instruments - bank or insurance
-Hands-on IT skills, in particular proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
-Proven track record in financial software implementations gained with either, banks, software house, consulting firms or integrators.

This position requires a significant amount of travel to our clients' sites (US and Canada).
