Team Description
Trade Solutions Delivery (TSD) is responsible for the successful implementation of all trade products including Traditional Trade, Supply Chain Finance, Export Credit Agency and Risk Participation. It is also responsible for the administration of the TS Business Approval process and Transactional Control aspects of credit related Trade products.
Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, the principal objective of this position is to provide an effective support to the day to day activity of the EMEA TSD implementation and Trade Asset Distribution Administration teams, to ensure the seamless delivery of trade business between Sales and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:Administration of the TS business approvals liaising with business partners across JPM processing locations through the established routing and approval processSupport Credit Risk administration by monitoring and reporting country and clients exposure for
traditional trade products against the set limitsWorking with stakeholders in managing the business approval and exposure reporting
tasks and ensuring open communications and efficient approach throughoutActively support the process flows around Trade client on-boarding building true partnerships with counterparts in other lines of business and re-assess processes in their day to day workflowSupport the administration of Risk Distribution programs/transactions working other team members and the Global Portfolio Management teamAssist in updating standard operating procedures to reflect the changing processes around client management, TS business approvals and Participation Admin functions within Trade Finance in light of business developmentSupporting the Sales, Advisory and Product teams with management information around volumes and revenues
Qualifications

Desirables:A practical knowledge of traditional trade products, internal databases and business applications, associated credit and/or operational risks in terms of how new business flows between Sales, Risk and Operations is a distinct advantage.
