TITLE : Product Information Specialist LOCATION : Suffern, NY Every day, Kelly Services connects professionals with opportunities to advance their careers. We currently have an exciting contract opportunity for a Product Information Specialist at one of our top clients in Suffern, NY . Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: - Responsible for the handling and oversight of medical and technical, critical and non-critical customer complaints under complaint policies and procedures, while assuring compliance with federal regulations. - Entry, maintenance, and closure of customer complaints in the complaint system. - Coordinates the compilation of data from multiple departments and performs additional investigation activities to develop one comprehensive complaint investigation/report. - Prepares response letters for customer complaints - Identifies and prepares technical documents to support establishing alternate handling of customer inquiry/product usage issues that may begin as customer complaints. - Coordinates the gathering of information and documentation of supplier investigations. Participate in or lead internal/external audits. Qualifications: - 5+ years of related pharmaceutical experience. Auditing and technical 5+ report writing experience. - Professional Competency e.g. Controlling, Treasury, Marketing Planning, Legal Counselling - Excellent oral and written communication skills required. - Ability to work independently under general direction or as a team if necessary. - The individual must be well organized and detail oriented - Typically requires a B.S. or equivalent in education and experience.
