The International Consumer and Small Business Services (ICSS) team serves American Express customers in 22 markets, providing a wide array of best-in-class products and services. The team consists of approximately 4,800 employees worldwide.
As the largest card issuer outside the U.S., we issue both charge and lending products throughout our markets. We continue to launch numerous new or enhanced Card products either on our own or with co-brand partners.
We are currently hiring a Head – Product Management within the ICSS team.
As a Product Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing card lifestyle benefits for all Singapore issued consumer cards as well as premium events with the objective of increasing the value of the portfolios under management by growing billings, enhancing profitability and increasing market share.
Responsibilities:
- Drive positive growth in portfolio metrics for card products in Singapore
- Develop new partner opportunities and maintain existing partner relationships
- Introduce new benefits to enhance card value proposition for both proprietary and Co-brand portfolios
- Develop, create and manage card benefits and events from concept to partner management and Card member communication
- Create and drive implementation of a comprehensive marketing plan, budget and marketing calendar for all product benefits and events
- Ensure strong alignment with product teams
Requirements:
- At least 8 years marketing experience in hospitality or consumer banking industry
- Experience in managing merchant relationships and handling contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills and good business acumen
- Proven ability to drive results
- Creative with a passion to drive innovation and change
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Well developed presentation, communication and influencing skills
