Product Manager – FX eCommerce recruitment

The eFX Product Strategy team, within the global FX E Trading group, is responsible for providing specialist expertise in the development and management of client facing FX eCommerce (eFX) solutions.

The eFX product encompasses trade capture channels (single dealer platform, client API multi dealer platforms), pricing, liquidity management, execution, credit/collateral and post trade services across FX Spot, Forward and Swap instruments.

To enable continued evolution of the eFX product suite, there is a need for a Product Manager responsible for building and launching FX Algorithmic order capabilities to be used by clients.

Key areas of focus for this role include:

•    Lead and drive the FX Algorithmic execution programme within the FX Business. This includes defining overall product strategy and requirements, running product design working groups and engaging in project delivery efforts run by FX IT.

•    Build a business case by identifying target markets and appropriate products and determining revenue potential. Continue to monitor revenue and return on investment throughout the product lifetime.

•    Engage with clients to develop an innovative, market leading product that meets their needs

•    Partner with IT, eSales and E Trading to successfully deliver and launch the FX Algorithmic execution offering.

• Initiate product adjustments when necessary in order to ensure that the product continues to meet its stated goals.

Requirements

Essential:                   

Product or Program Management experience

Investment Banking experience (other Finance service sector experience maybe considered)

 Either FX market and products knowledge or Algorithmic execution knowledge

Desirable:                  

Algorithmic execution knowledge in either FX or Equities  eCommerce experience

•    Strong communication (oral and written), presentation and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and members of the organisation at all levels.

•    Strong leadership skills and previous experience driving and delivering large initiatives unsupervised involving several stakeholders

•    Candidate must be extremely driven with a strong desire to deliver results despite challenges and constraints

•    Strong analytical skills, logical analysis and conceptual thinking

•    Ability to build and manage productive working relationships across the organisation

•    Able to prioritise and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment with the ability to proactively anticipate, identify, prevent and resolve problems.

•    Candidate must be flexible enough to undertake a variety of assignments, primarily around those identified, but potentially others as needs dictate
