Job Summary
As a member of the Product Management team you will develop and manage new and existing features for our flagship trading platform, the Tora Compass EMS. You will be involved in all aspects of the product manager role, from customer research and roadmap planning through to product launch and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product feature specifications for the trading platform, including gathering requirements from customers, performing data analysis, creating reports, writing PRDs, and designing roadmap documents
- Manage the product release process for new versions of the platform through collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Production Support
- Work closely with Engineering and QA teams during the development and testing of new features to ensure that business requirements are achieved
- Create presentations, documentation and demonstrations for the new features to clients, prospects and internal staff
Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience in product management within the Financial Services industry, or related experience
- Understanding and knowledge of electronic trading systems and financial products
- Excellent project management skills required to drive projects and achieve goals within strict deadlines
- Must possess initiative to creatively find solutions to problems
- Possess outstanding attention to detail with the ability to listen, understand and communicate customer requirements effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills; excellent written and spoken English
- Some international travel required
