About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement field sales marketing programs and deliverables to capitalize on opportunities with existing products and establishing the Senior Product Marketing Manager role as one of business leadership in product commercialization.
- Drive revenues by ensuring that the Sales organization is fully supported and prepared with knowledge and tools necessary to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
- Assist in opinion leader/proctor development and in managing physician relations. Establish relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field.
- Provide Voice of the Customer driven marketing specifications for product improvements to the RD team.
- Attend and participate in tradeshow and conference activities.
- Drive Supply Chain management by working with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales and Clinical to ensure that product forecasting is complete and establish and maintain adequate inventories for products.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry in general and more specifically the segments targeted by assigned products.
- Become familiar with US and International clinical studies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Health Sciences
- MBA strongly preferred
- 3+ years of medical device marketing experience with a strong emphasis on upstream and downstream marketing
- Sales experience desirable
- Ability to work with cross functional teams
