Job Description:

Product Manager of Salesforce Customer Service - Needed for High-Growth eCommerce and product insurance organization in San Francisco.

If you are a Product Manager with Salesforce implementation experience, please consider the following requirements.

What you need for this position:
- 3+ years of web applications product management experience
- Salesforce implementation experience with Visualforce and Service Cloud
- call center, customer service, and operational experience
- Bachelor's Degree; Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology, Engineering

What you'll be doing:
- leading and road-mapping our product strategy
- managing our customer service application suite
- metric and usability testing
- driving the highest quality product and delivering on-time product launches
- collaborating with teams throughout the organization; engineering, marketing, sales, etc.
