What you need for this position:
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years in developing innovative products and ideas to enhance the customers shopping experience
- Up to date on current consumer shopping technology trends and retail customer innovation
What you'll be doing:
- Performing customer shopping experience research when it comes to using new technology such as mobile, tablet, and retail kiosks in making shopping decisions.
- Travel to retail and technology stores and conventions to stay on top of the latest technology trends in consumer shopping.
- Development of requirements documents for developing new products whether they be hardware or software related
- Contact communication with Sr. Leadership and business owners to convince them this is the latest in technology in enhancing the customer shopping experience for this multi-channel, multi-billion dollar retailer.
