Product Manager

Support market growth group within Global Marketing for the Cardiac Surgery Systems (CSS) business, which includes analysis of the existing product portfolio and market development opportunities. Actively engage in strategy execution for the existing portfolio, including product launches in emerging markets/regions, product rationalization, and competitive tracking and response. Support product positioning and branding activities to achieve global consistency and partner with regional marketing teams to ensure appropriate implementation of our strategies. Collaborate with regions to identify emerging market opportunities, counter competitive threats, develop key market growth initiatives, and implement marketing materials to generate competitive advantage for Edwards’ CSS products.

 

 

Track competitive activities and emerging clinical data, and work closely with regional marketing partners to understand changing market dynamics. Contribute to the creation and implementation of global portfolio positioning and messages.

 

 

This position reports directly to Senior Marketing Manager, Global Marketing, Cardiac Surgery Systems.

 

 

Responsibilities to Include:

 

  • Strategic market growth analysis, including sustaining product portfolio and market development campaigns for existing and emerging regions.
  • Collaboration with regional teams to develop programs that positively impact sales and meet varied regional goals.
  • Become an expert in all key aspects of Edwards CSS products.
  • Interact with and build productive physician relationships which enhance product acceptance and sales.
  • Analysis of competitive products and translation of competitive strategies into promotional and product development plans.
  • Partner with Clinical, Regulatory, regional marketing teams and other cross-functional teams on a frequent basis.
