Product Manager, Alternatives recruitment
Experienced product manager with significant experience of working within the alternative funds arena, and particular knowledge of real estate and/or private equity sought by the private banking arm of this prestigious financial institution.
Working closely with Legal, Operations, Compliance and Marketing/Distribution areas of the firm, and operating at a senior level, the role carries responsibility for the ownership of the bank’s entire Private Equity and/or Real Estate product range. This will involve vehicle structuring, drafting documentation, oversight of marketing communications and dealing with all aspects of legal, regulatory and taxation issues and developments.
Applicants must demonstrate strong product management and project management skills, together with an understanding of operational processes and the legal and regulatory framework in which alternative investments operate. Knowledge of the investment process is essential.
This is a high profile, client facing role requiring applicants to be high calibre finance professionals with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of risk and regulatory awareness. Previous experience of managing all aspects of the product process in the Alternatives space and focussing on Real Estate and/or Private Equity is essential.
